Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and innovative eCommerce Director to join the GBcommerce team. This full-time role blends strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in key areas such as business development, software sales, and eCommerce growth. The eCommerce Director will play a pivotal role in shaping GBcommerce's vision, driving revenue, and identifying new opportunities for our clients and our platform.
The responsibilities of this role are dynamic and multifaceted, including, but not limited to:
Identifying and pursuing business opportunities across eCommerce channels.
Collaborating with clients to optimize their eCommerce strategies.
Evaluating market trends to inform product and sales decisions.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and clients.
Leading cross-functional initiatives to support operational efficiency and customer success.
Qualifications
Proven experience in eCommerce operations, software sales, or a related field.
Strong ability to identify market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and partnership development.
Analytical skills to assess performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently and driving innovation.
Familiarity with sales tools, CRM platforms, and eCommerce technologies.
Experience managing projects or teams is an advantage but not required.
