This position is responsible for administrating the end to end process of reviewing and creating customer, or other related legal agreements for the Medical division. This position is also responsible for the ongoing administration of the agreements. Adheres to and follows company and division organizational policies and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepares, reviews, and modifies customer, group purchasing organization or other related legal agreements for the Medical division. This responsibility includes gaining an understanding of the purpose of the agreement, reviewing the terms and conditions, and working with the owner of the agreement to ensure all open items and issues are resolved before execution. * Works with our Sales and Sales Operations Teams on RFP, RFI and bid responses to ensure accuracy and compliance with our company policy. * Acts as a liaison between the Medical division and our Corporate Legal Department as needed for any legal agreements * Tracks and maintains our existing agreements database as well as notify the owners with any updates, renewals, and expirations * Ensures all relevant information of each customer agreement is executed and presented to appropriate department to ensure compliance obligations * Being a team player and working with various internal teams to meet and support deadlines * Reviews and analyzes existing contractual agreements in response to owner, executive, and/or sales team inquiries * Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required

WORK EXPERIENCE: Typically 2-4 years of related experience. Or minimum 4 years of experience with no degree.
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Higher education or professional certification a plus.

TRAVEL/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: * Travel typically up to 5% * Office environment. No special physical demands required.
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: * Typically, to advance to a new grade, TSMs must demonstrate professional behavior and should consistently be at the high-end of meets expectations or consistently exceed expectations. * Worker will be remote (working from home). Minimal office visits.
