Build and manage key performance indicators including but not limiting to data analysis, operational index, capacity, logistics planning, inventory modeling, service and revenue forecasting, best practices and gap analysis.
Run and distribute weekly/monthly reports by creating tools to improve the unit cost.
Provide data and analysis needed to implement opportunities to improve the operations of the company.
Coordinate with various departments (e.g., sales, procurement, production) to align logistics and distribution plans with overall business objectives.
Develop advanced analytical tools and reporting to support the entire operations at each distribution center.
Apply proven process improvement, operations and data analysis methodologies to identify improvement and cost savings opportunities as well as optimize processes and functions.
Prepare regular reports for senior management regarding logistics efficiency, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bilingual capability in Korean and English is required.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Math (MBA preferred).
4-5 years of logistics experience as a Business, Financial, or Management/Planning Analyst.
Experience in logistics system TMS & WMS.
Understanding of financial system SAP & DW.
Prior experience developing and writing business requirements for automation initiatives with an understanding of operational metrics creation and maintenance.
Strong data analysis and extensive experience with creating data models to support business decisions using sophisticated technology are highly preferred.
