As a member of the Clinical Affairs leadership team, this role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials, driving operational excellence, and aligning clinical activities with company goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in clinical development, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to oversee cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality clinical outcomes in bringing products to market. This is a fulltime, direct hire, office based position.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in clinical research within biotech or medical device industry
Minimum of 8 years of experience managing professional associates
IVD experience required
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent qualification
