JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of facility operations and safety procedures. This role will play a pivotal part in fostering a collaborative team culture, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Operate and ensure safe and productive housing and workspaces for team members, crew, and visiting contractors, enabling them to create and rehearse content for the NCLH Entertainment team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Encourage and support team members to challenge the status quo and strive for excellence in customer service.
Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related escalations and problem-solving.
Oversee the management and compliance of corporate apartment leases, coordinating with internal departments to accommodate operational growth.
Manage the lease compliance of business facilities, including the Production Studios and Creative Costuming buildings.
Supervise the expansion of facilities into a multi-building operation, ensuring efficient space allocation for both new and existing areas.
Assist the construction team in planning and transitioning to a campus-style facility.
Collaborate with Tampa leadership to develop and manage the Master Calendar, ensuring smooth rehearsal rotations for onboard cast replacements.
Continuously evaluate and improve operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
Oversee annual budget planning and expenditure management for Creative Studios by NCLH, managing a budget exceeding $4 million.
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety and emergency procedures, including Fire Evacuation, Hurricane, and Active Shooter Plans.
Serve as the on-site point of contact for business continuity during emergencies.
Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors supporting facility operations, such as custodial services, hotels, and transportation.
Liaise with Miami departments not represented in Tampa, including Security, Surveillance, IT, Human Resources, Legal, Insurance, Medical, and Safety.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Building/Facility Management or related field of study; or an equivalent combination of relevant vocational/technical training and experience.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 10 years' experience in Theatrical Productions with Cruise Line operations knowledge required.
5+ years' experience in a Managerial/Supervisory role.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a solid driving record.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills needed to effectively communicate with performers, creative partners, producing partners, and various NCLH departments.
Must have the ability to work autonomously with little supervision. Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed to meet business demands.
Knowledge of basic accounting skills with the ability to effectively manage a budget and make decisions.
