This position will encompass a range of responsibilities including contact with social security clients and Social Security Administration.. Looking for someone that has experience working with the public. Must have good communication skills and the ability to empathize. Important skills are professional phone manner, ability to prioritize, multi-task and problem solve. Must be computer literate and have experience with Microsoft Word. Previous experience dealing with Social Security Administration is a plus.
