ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide accurate and timely inventory accuracy reporting • Issue work orders and troubleshoot problems • Investigates and resolves inventory discrepancies • Provides Root Cause analysis on the inventory discrepancies • Assist with Corrective Action plans to improve Inventory Accuracy • Instructs warehouse personnel on proper inventory procedures and helps enforce inventory control. • Assist with evaluating warehouse processes to ensure best practices and proper control methods. • Drive an industry leading cycle count program, with immediate root cause and corrective actions. • Create strong partnerships across supply chain, finance, warehousing, and transportation teams.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 6 years in warehouse setting in inventory management role. • Bachelors degree preferred. • Strong experience in Excel, SAP and WMS required. • Experience relying on analytics and data to identify issues, propose solutions, and resolve issues quickly. • Experience working with a cross-functional team across operations and engineering to meet high-reaching goals. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. • Need a deep understanding of operational processes and ability to build structured department. • Experience leading operations teams in multiple buildings. • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where continuous innovation is desired. • Owner mentality.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • Ability to lift up to 65 pounds • Able to squat to lift boxes weighing up to 65 pounds • Able to stand, stoop and bend • Ability to walk and stand on cement floors for long periods • Able to work in warehouse environment with no central heat or air • Able to operate pallet jack and/or forklift
