Office Services Clerk

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a reputable organization in California to find a detail-oriented Office Services Clerk. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced office environment and are committed to providing exceptional administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing.
  • Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.
  • Managing office equipment and coordinating maintenance and repairs.
  • Providing support to staff with filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Assisting with meeting and event setup, including arranging rooms and equipment.
  • Ensuring the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Hours:

Full-time position, Monday through Friday.

Additional Details:

Salary Range: $20 - $25 per hour
