Our client is a major international firm, seeking associates with 2+ years of experience for its Intellectual Property practice in New York or Los Angeles. The salary range for this position is between $235k to $435k.
Qualifications
Over 2 years of law firm experience in IP litigation, with a focus on Hatch Waxman litigation.
Experience in drafting briefs and engaging in all phases of fact and expert discovery.
Strong background in pharmaceutical patent law and deep understanding of the Hatch Waxman Act.
Strong academic credentials with excellent writing and communication skills.
Excellent legal research skills.
Technical degrees in chemistry, biology, or related fields are highly preferred.
State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
