Applies project management, analytical, and critical thinking skills to assist the sales team in achieving success through development of sales tools.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Acts as liaison for all sales reporting inquiries using customer-centric approach to managing all requests, including understanding the needs to proactively provide complementary information.
Implements and manages sales reporting for Field, National Accounts, Special Markets, Travel Retail, and Caribbean through Power BI dashboards.
Manages end of month business recaps, providing insight for sales opportunity to the Field leadership team.
Manages Freevo (Forms Director) and other sales related communication applications.
Manages GoSpotCheck field data collection platform, including creation of dashboard reporting and process efficiency.
Researches, communicates, and implements new sales processes and efficiencies.
Manages further development of various sales tools.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, Sales Strategy or related field.
Must have strong analytical, organization and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Power BI or related sales reporting platform experience.
Advanced Excel skills required, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
Strong understanding of general sales operations required.
SAP experience is a plus.
Willing to go above and beyond for excellent customer service.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or 6 plus years related experience in a mid to large size company in sales support and administration; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
