We are seeking an experienced Clinical Performance Manager to join our team in Cambridge City, IN. This role focuses on ensuring documentation accuracy, quality, and compliance by performing daily audits of clinical and counseling notes. You will work closely with clinicians to provide training, address deficiencies, and uphold the high standards necessary for impactful care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily audits of documentation for accuracy, thoroughness, and compliance.
• Collaborate with clinicians to address deficiencies and provide tailored training to improve documentation standards.
• Lead efforts to maintain documentation quality in line with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Act as a mentor and resource to clinical staff, fostering continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Addiction Counseling, or a related field.
• Independent clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LCAC, LMFT).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of counseling experience with a focus on documentation and compliance.
• Experience in leadership, mentoring, or training clinical teams.

Position Details

• Salary: $75,000-$85,000
• Training: 100% in-person for the first month.
• Schedule: Staggered hours to align with clinical workflow, ensuring ample documentation review opportunities.
• Travel: Minimal; primarily onsite responsibilities.
