A top 50 AM Law firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate (5-7 years ECVC experience) to join their Emerging Companies and Venture Capital (ECVC) practice. If you're passionate about working with cutting-edge technology companies and venture capital investors, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact in one of the most dynamic areas of corporate law.

What You'll Do
Lead transactions and counsel high-growth clients, including founders, CEOs, management teams, and boards of directors.
Collaborate directly with venture capital and institutional investors supporting the next wave of innovation.
Advise on corporate formation, equity structuring, venture financings, and governance.
Provide strategic advice on a range of matters, including commercial transactions, equity incentive plans, employment, IP issues, and regulatory compliance.
Who We're Looking For
5-7 years of ECVC experience with a focus on emerging growth industries.
Demonstrated interest and expertise in industries such as AI, fintech, life sciences, climate solutions, software/SaaS, and web3.
Strong communication and client engagement skills to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The corporate team works with technology and growth companies across all stages of development, from seed-stage start-ups to public companies. They provide end-to-end legal counsel tailored to the needs of innovators, enabling their growth and success.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive salary range: $365,000 - $420,000, based on experience.
