LHH is looking for an IT Strategic Sourcing Manager for a company in Northbrook, IL and it will be a contract role and is remote if you live outside of the Chicago area, if in the Chicago area, will have in office days a few times a month.

What You'll Do
Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and partners, ensuring stakeholder needs are met.
Draft and present proposals, reports, and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
Monitor contracts and vendor agreements to ensure compliance and timelines are met.
Build and maintain vendor relationships, negotiating terms and improving service delivery.
Conduct market research to analyze pricing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Review and manage contracts to align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
What You'll Bring
3+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience, particularly in IT.
Strong skills in negotiating contracts with vendors, especially in cloud and infrastructure services.
Knowledge of IT contract standards, legal terms, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and contract management systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with advanced tools like Hyperion, Peoplesoft, or Tableau is a plus.
