Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven attorney with at least 3 years of employment defense litigation experience. In this role, you will manage a varied caseload and represent clients throughout every phase of litigation. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional, ready to handle complex cases and prepared to grow into a potential partnership role within our firm.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead all phases of employment defense cases
Conduct thorough legal research, case strategy development, and client consultations
Prepare and review discovery documents, motions, and case filings
Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials
Collaborate with a dedicated team of paralegals, associates, and legal staff
Requirements:
Licensed to practice in California
3+ years of litigation experience, particularly in employment defense
Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
Passion for advocating for clients and achieving justice
