Insight Global is looking for a Client Services Liaison to join the team of a Business Management Consulting client. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with all company departments and suppliers to provide accurate and timely responses to client requests and deliverables. This position serves as the main day-to-day contact for clients and is the subject matter expert for processes and procedures related to their assigned client relationships. Individuals will be required to communicate heavily through email and will also be dealing with regular reporting to identify issues that clients need action plans on. Due to the reporting, Excel skills are very important - primarily for VLOOKUP's and basic formulas. The role is open because the current Client Services Liaison just got promoted into a higher-level role!
Required Skills:
2+ years of experience in a client facing or account coordinator role
2+ years of experience working with data and in Excel (understanding of pivot tables and VLOOKUP helpful)
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Outlook and other related business applications
Ability to resolve issues and work with multiple teams
Additional Information:
Location: Bonita Springs, FL
Work From Home: Candidates will have the option to work remotely Mondays and Fridays, but are expected to be onsite Tues-Thurs.
Duration: 5-month contract to permanent hire.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST, 40 hours a week
Compensation: Pay rate ranges between $18-22/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
