POSITION OBJECTIVE
Chick-fil-A Livermore is seeking a Director of Operations to provide strong leadership and operational oversight for the restaurant. This leader will split their time between working in the business to support day-to-day operations and working on the business to coach leaders, improve systems, and drive continuous improvement in guest experience and operational efficiency. With the opportunity to directly impact team development and business growth, this individual will play a key role in advancing the restaurant's mission to be Livermore's most caring company. Long-term, this position offers potential for growth, including if there is an opportunity to expand the business to multiple locations in Livermore, this candidate would be highly considered for a position with increased oversight or pursuing a path to become an Owner/Operator. POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and coach a team of leaders to execute the restaurant's vision and uphold its values.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and excellence.
Lead efforts to evaluate and improve systems, processes, and team performance to drive sustainable growth in sales and profitability.

Recruit, train, and grow team members and leaders through intentional development and mentorship.
Set and monitor store goals, focusing on key metrics such as guest satisfaction, food safety, and financial performance.
Strategically plan and coordinate staffing, resources, and operations to ensure peak times run smoothly.
Collaborate with the Owner/Operator and Leadership Team to align on business strategies and execute the long-term vision.
Conduct off-shift responsibilities, including team training, leader development, and operational reviews.
Ensure all resources are managed responsibly and that Chick-fil-A standards are consistently met or exceeded.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Bachelor's Degree preferred
3-5+ years of leadership/management experience with a proven track record of leading and developing others
Demonstrates humility and servant leadership mentality; willing to get their hands dirty
Optimistic and engaging; possessing a genuine heart and care for people, and a good team player
Growth and results-oriented with a strong ability to see and understand the vision and bigger picture of the company
