As the Field Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing the routing and dispatching of drivers across our service footprint. This position involves collaborating with department leaders to ensure seamless business operations, client satisfaction, and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the commercial driver division, ensuring on-time delivery (OTD), client satisfaction, and operational profitability.
Oversee the dispatch and pickup of all containers, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
Optimize and supervise routes across the Tri-State area, ensuring cost-effective, efficient operations to maximize profitability.
Develop and implement detailed, cost-effective routing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline execution.
Monitor and report fleet inventory damages to the Maintenance team to facilitate timely repairs.
Serve as the primary escalation point for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all required documentation to support proper billing and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of relevant experience
Proven experience in overseeing field operations or similar roles.
Strong project management and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize effectively.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
