We are looking for a Survey Analyst with 5+ years of experience who can participate in survey data collection, data validation, benchmark and report creation, and analysis of various healthcare surveys.
Research familiarity working with qualitative and quantitative methods, trend data, cross-sectional data, and integrating data across different sources to achieve the research objective
Familiar with statistical methodologies such as randomized sampling, power analysis & hypothesis testing
Strong quantitative reasoning and analytical skills with programming knowledge & experience using survey software
Responsibilities:
Advanced ability to leverage SQL/Python (5+ years) to extract and combine disparate data sources is required
Text Mining to analyze the unstructured data, come up with insights & top drivers
Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent organizational skills
Strong track record of partnering with stakeholders to translate complex business problems into reliable analytic solutions
Concisely present findings to multiple stakeholders; identify/execute solutions for streamlining the continuous improvement of data practices
