Responsibilities: • Issues vendor purchase orders, UPC codes and manages purchase order maintenance • Sets up Cost Sheet in AS 400/Blue Cherry • Sets up Styles in Style Master AS 400/Blue Cherry • Coordinates the production process with overseas factories to ensure correct execution and on time shipment of all production orders. • Requests and tracks PP, TOP, AD samples and communicates receipts cross-functionally • Communicates with overseas vendors to ensure production follows all requirements of specific retailers. Passes information to factories on retailer special price tickets. • Reviews and comments on trims specific to each PO - labels, hangtags, price tickets, packaging layouts and shipping marks etc. • Creates T&A (Time and Action Calendar) for each PO and monitors its execution on Master WIP (Work in Progress) report. Communicate to Production Manager any potential shifts or delays • Works with factories, forwarders, billing department, shipping manager and warehouse on shipment bookings and collects and reviews with the manager that all shipping documents match the pre-agreed terms. • Monitors weekly shipment reports from forwarders and communicates with sales teams, shipping manager and warehouse any delivery updates.
Qualifications: • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position for a fashion company is required. • Working knowledge of production processes, shipping documents, trims, and vendor correspondence • Self-motivated and self-directed with continuous desire to learn and grow. • Excellent organization and communication skills • Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Working as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems such as Outlook, Word & Excel.
