REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Bachelor's degree and/or graduate degree in Food Science or related field.
-5+ years of food QA experience at a corporate chain restaurant brand
-Expertise in sourcing and qualifying suppliers from multiple food categories

This person will report to the Director of QA and be responsible for specific product categories to ensure compliance to food specification, safety, and manufacturing.
