We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale equipment installation projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, budgeting, and team coordination. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in project management, excellent leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of equipment installation processes
Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of equipment installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to establish project requirements and expectations.
Oversee and coordinate project teams, providing direction, mentoring, and problem-solving support.
Conduct regular project status meetings to communicate progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements on-site.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively to prevent delays or budget overruns.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and approve invoices to maintain financial control.
Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and final documentation to clients and senior management.
Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Contribute to process improvements and best practices for project execution and management.
Travel to any job site as needed. This could include the need to drive a vehicle, fly in a commercial airplane, ride a train, taxi, etc. This position requires the ability to travel nationally or internationally for extended periods of time (weeks, months or years).
Regular attendance at work is an essential duty.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
8+ years of equipment installation and construction experience in the following areas: project management, construction administration or construction field management
Strong understanding of equipment installation processes, logistics, and safety protocols.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and/or Primavera Scheduling software, familiarity with BIM
