What will you do?

This hands-on, Denver-based role allows one to craft the work and enable others to deliver high quality solutions. Designers work closely with the product owners, developers, researchers, and design team to create the next generation of digitally enabled customer experiences in retail.

  • Be resourceful and work consultatively with partners to determine if and which research methods are most appropriate for the problem at hand

  • Challenge traditional assumptions about UX Design and Research - seeking out, inventing, and testing new approaches and technologies

What do you need to succeed?

For this role, there are foundation skills you'll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 5 years of experience and professional achievements.
  • 5+ years of UX experience including expertise in, and exposure to a subset of the following activities (in order of preference):
    • Interaction/information design

    • Visual design

    • User research

    • Front end development

    • Motion design

    • Content strategy

    • Design thinking


  • 3-5+ years on Agile and/or lean UX teams delivering value in digital products

  • 3-5+ years track record conducting/using research to support evidence-focused design decisions

  • Digital portfolio required, preferably one that shows how you think vs perfect polished work. Messy is good

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills

  • Growth mindset and enjoy learning and growing your knowledgebase and skills.

  • Prior experience working with large development teams and legacy systems

  • Prior experience with client management or handling big stakeholder teams from prominent brands

  • Expert in Figma

  • Familiarity with commonly used tools in design, including:
    • Sketch/Abstract

    • Invision

    • Adobe Creative Suite


  • Ecomm, retail experience preferred.

Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements
  • Travel by air and overnight, ten percent of time

$95,040.00 USD - $118,800.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
