Responsibilities
The Global Account Executive role is responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with large Enterprise clients. This role will focus on business growth across the NWN Carousel Offerings and value drivers to ensure ongoing client satisfaction. This position will be responsible for leading a team of Sales and Support personnel to drive and deliver maximum business outcomes for clients.
Scope of Role Responsibilities
High level responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
Client Relationship Management: Focuses on managing a specific account, or set of accounts, positioning NWN Carousel’s key offerings. Responsible for building, growing, and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Always represent NWN Carousel in a professional and highly ethical manner. Manage Executive relationships across all departments within accounts.
Sales Performance: Meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas, typically ranging from $7-10 million annually, through effective account management and strategic selling.
Needs Assessment and Solution Offering: Follow NWN Carousel’s core selling models and tools, consistently use techniques and processes learned in our Force Management training and follow the MEDDICC methodologies for field sales. Building, refining, and providing tailored solutions that align with client business objectives.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of sales and support personnel to deliver maximum business outcomes and ensure coordinated efforts in managing client accounts.
Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends and the competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Issue Resolution: Promptly addressing and resolving any client issues or concerns to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring: Manage and track the success of NWN Carousel content experts to key stakeholders within your assigned accounts. Practice the concept of "none of us is as smart as all of us." Regularly monitor accounts and team’s account progress to provide reports on sales performance and client feedback to senior management.
Additional job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Regular meetings with Offerings teams and assigned customers to promote NWN Carousel’s solutions and services.
Attending and facilitating marketing events that are relevant to the client’s business.
Attend company-facilitated trainings and business meetings.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Role Qualifications and Requirements
The following are the minimum qualifications and requirements required for this role:
10+ years selling multi-year managed and professional services platforms.
8+ years of management/leadership experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant work experience is required.
Consistent and documented over-quota performance in a gross margin-driven environment.
Deep understanding of NWN Carousel technology solutions.
Working knowledge and/or the ability to quickly assimilate and reliably use NWN Carousel’s core selling models and tools, specifically SalesForce platforms, MEDDICC selling methodology and fundamental skills learned in our Force Management sales process training.
Possess and demonstrate a “relationship management” mentality.
