Primary Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Organize paperwork.
Schedule interviews, appointments, and meetings with manager.
Accomplish tasks and projects as assigned
Assist HR Manager with applicant phone calls and follow ups.
Learn company procedures and adhere to them.
Maintain a clean and organized work space.

Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Detail oriented.
Managing multiple schedules with proper communication.
High School Diploma or GED.
