Kforce has a client seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to join their team in Saint Augustine, FL. This person will play a key role in shaping their HR strategy and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead the orientation process for new employees, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience that sets the foundation for their success
Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall business objectives
Provide strong leadership to the HR team, cultivating a collaborative, high-performance culture
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive change initiatives and support talent development
Act as a trusted resource for employees and management on HR-related issues
Address complex employee relations concerns, conduct investigations, and mediate conflicts
Create, update, and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance with legal standards and industry best practices
Stay informed on labor laws and regulations, offering expert advice to maintain compliance
Oversee the performance management cycle, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations
Partner with managers to identify opportunities for employee development and improve performance
Assess organizational training needs and design or source appropriate development programs
Implement career development and succession planning strategies to foster employee growth
Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional advancement across the organization
Manage compensation structures, including salary reviews and incentive programs
Oversee benefits administration, managing open enrollment periods and vendor relationships
Establish key HR metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of HR programs and initiatives
Prepare and present reports to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong background in HR practices
Excellent communication skills
Passion for supporting employees while ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
