Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior .NET Developer in Juno Beach, FL.

Summary:
This firm is looking for an experienced and highly skilled IT Programmer Analyst, Senior to join our dedicated team of professionals. As an IT Programmer Analyst, Senior, you will play a crucial role in the development, platform management, and optimization of our critical software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications using Net technologies including C#, WPF, Net 4x, Web API, WCF, SSIS, and SQL Server


• Work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions


• Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and implement scalable and high-quality software solutions


• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and production issues in a timely manner


• Take ownership of both support and new development projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and delivering high-quality results


• Utilize Agile development processes such as Jira and Confluence to efficiently manage project tasks, track progress, and collaborate with team members


• Apply CI/CD best practices and utilize tools like GitHub to automate software builds, testing, and deployment processes


• Manage and optimize software platforms for performance, scalability, and reliability


• Scale software platforms to support increasing workload demands


• Perform performance tuning and optimization of software applications and databases


• Lead and participate in the cloud migration and implementation of applications, leveraging AWS or other cloud providers


• Assess existing on-premises systems and recommend strategies for cloud migration, ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost-effectiveness


• Ensure cloud security best practices are implemented in the cloud environment

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field


• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience as a Net developer, with a strong focus on C# and related technologies


• Extensive experience working with WPF, Net 4x, Web API, and WCF


• Solid knowledge and practical experience in SQL Server and designing/developing SSIS packages


• Familiarity with AWS technologies and cloud-based development is desirable


• Proficiency in LINQ and understanding of its implementation


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand and comprehend existing applications


• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability


• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools like GitHub, Jenkins, and Postman


• Experience in managing, scaling, and optimizing software platforms


• Proficiency in performance tuning and optimization of software applications and databases


• Experience with upgrades and updates of software platforms


• Prior experience in cloud migration and implementation, preferably with AWS or other cloud providers


• Understanding of cloud security best practices


• Prior experience in Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
