Position Overview- Full Time in the Los Angeles, CA area. Daily travel within assigned territory will be required. The Senior Physician Relationship Ambassador will report directly to the Regional Service Manager. This position will require 40 hours per week of travel to and supporting our clients in the field (health systems, large physician groups and smaller health practices).
Essential Job Functions-
One day per week scheduling appointments with offices. Work with office managers on best days to update screens. Able to work through any hesitancy from office.
Log all call activity in CRM and Health Monitor job app. Work with various platforms to organize jobs. Check for content accuracy before going to appointments.
Plan route for the week and month. Must have deep knowledge of assigned territory/cities. Utilize various mapping programs to chart the most efficient route.
Troubleshoots Health Monitor screens, WIFI continuity/connectivity and SD Card exchanges. Ambassador will escalate complicated service matters to operations and other team members as appropriate (on the job training provided).
Exchange defective Digital Wallboards, including cord covers., as needed.
Remove, package, and return equipment as needed through a predefined RMA process
Ability to multi-task and effectively collaborate with resources within Network Operations to quickly resolve all user issues
Keep track of any changes in serial/room numbers. Note changes in CRM if office moves and/or doctors change. Keep detailed logs of account and document in CRM.
In-Service office staff and doctors on how to use the screens. Communicates effectively with office managers at doctor's practices and to internal teams at Health Monitor.
Take required pictures of units after update or replacement, upload pictures into HM app.
Increases value-add by inquiring about are opportunities for additional offices and/or exam rooms that can use Health Monitor screens and services. Brings in network sales rep to facilitate upgrades.
Works with Regional Service Manager to provide 100% customer satisfaction to clients and ensure functionality of monitors.
Daily travel within assigned territory will be required.
One (1) field visit per quarter with RSM
Qualifications:
Ability to interface with clients professionally. Able to navigate difficult situations.
Must have computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams) high speed internet access for Zoom and Teams meetings, doing reports with CRM and Power BI.
Prior CRM knowledge helpful
Superior interpersonal skills.
Can navigate different technical scenarios.
Possess internal drive for excellence in work habits.

Physical Requirements, Work Environment and Travel:
Daily travel within assigned territory. Ability to frequently drive, sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time.
Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision & depth perception.
Ability to perform moderate lifting, 15-30 pounds.
The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions, which provide protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes as well as possible adverse weather conditions when traveling to clients and potential clients.
