Your Responsibilities
Operations
Lead branch operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery and adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
Drive operational efficiency and resolve challenges to support growth across multiple locations.
Develop and maintain staffing and succession plans, mentoring team members to foster high performance.
Ensure compliance with DOT and DEP regulations while supporting spill prevention and emergency response initiatives.
Financial Leadership
Manage the area P&L, ensuring achievement of financial and growth targets.
Develop annual budgets and operational plans aligned with strategic goals.
Oversee labor and capital expenditures to maximize profitability and maintain operational efficiency.
Sales & Marketing Collaboration
Partner with sales teams to target the right markets, customers, and pricing strategies.
Review achievements and adjust goals as necessary to meet evolving business needs.
What We're Looking For
Proven Leadership: 10+ years of related experience, with at least 5 years managing P&L operations.
Industry Expertise: Experience in septic, grease, and wastewater industries is strongly preferred.
Strong Business Acumen: Ability to drive financial results, maintain margins, and build customer relationships.
Effective Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor teams and interact with all levels of the organization.
Strategic Problem-Solver: Skilled in identifying complex challenges and implementing effective solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Fully proficient in Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and CRM tools (Salesforce a plus).
Strong customer focus with a commitment to safety culture.
Ability to travel 50% of the time.
Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
