We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to join a growing team of security professionals. This role is critical in supporting strategic initiatives within the Information Security and Privacy Office (ISPO) and requires a blend of administrative, analytical, and content oversight skills.
The Technical Business Analyst will play a key role in policy planning, supporting training initiatives, and assisting in the development of enterprise-level strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in information security environments and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Policy Oversight & Documentation:
Collaborate with subject matter experts to review, update, and maintain policies, standards, and procedures.
Draft and refine content to ensure clarity and alignment with organizational goals.
Track policy changes and facilitate dissemination across the organization.
Content Management & Training:
Support the creation and rollout of training materials for security awareness and role-based training (RB Training).
Maintain and update website content to keep resources current and engaging.
Assist in developing user-friendly content to promote training initiatives and organizational engagement.
Strategic Support & Reporting:
Assist with developing and documenting strategic plans for information security initiatives.
Provide support for executive-level reporting and analysis of security metrics.
Participate in vendor interviews and contribute to tool evaluations.
Administrative & Team Support:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on security-related initiatives.
Provide administrative support for tool and process documentation.
Organize and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines effectively.

Required Qualifications
Education & Experience:
3-5 years of experience in a business analyst or related role, preferably in an information security or IT environment.
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with information security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, or PCI DSS.
Experience with policy development and/or training initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
Security+ or a similar nationally recognized information security certification.
Experience with SharePoint, Oracle, and/or BI Publishing tools.
