Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for various technical aspects of Citrix, including Azure VDI, Citrix DaaS, Analytics, Machine Creation Service, Citrix Virtual Apps, Citrix Virtual Desktops, Hosted Desktops, Citrix & FSLogix Profile Management, Workspace Environment Management, Citrix Policies, NetScaler Gateway, Citrix ADM, Storefront, Multi-site aggregations & vSphere.
Implement, Manage, and support Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktop, Citrix Cloud, Azure VDI , Citrix Hypervisor, Citrix NetScaler (ADC), ADM and Citrix WEM environments.
Work side-by-side with the rest of the Citrix team as needed to perform routine maintenance of the Citrix system, including end-user support, create & maintain the golden images, working with Advanced Group Policy Management, and setup/configuration and debugging of the various components of the Citrix Sites.
Provide technical support and assistance to Systems/Applications Analysts, Systems Engineers, and other technical staff/application teams.
Ability to resolve Tier II and III escalated Citrix issues that includes printing, profile management, redirections, application troubleshooting.
Participate in documenting, communicating, and enforcing policies for securing and standardizing systems, infrastructure, and software as necessary.
Able to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility, including flexibility in working hours to support customers across multiple time zones.
Ensure configuration and change management processes, procedures and controls are implemented and adhered to.
Authoring the documentation for updating infrastructure, support, and procedures.
Knowledge in hypervisor VMware 6.5/6.7 and newer versions.
Interface with Architect and Engineering team to develop and maintain all technical schematics, Functional & Design Specifications, Installation Qualifications, and test plans.
Ability to write Windows PowerShell / VB script and able to automate routine admin tasks.
Monitoring and metrics gathering for end user logon/logon experience in Citrix environments.
Completion of assigned ad-hoc projects and tasks.
Knowledge in one of the Enterprise Patch Management applications
