Our client is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Account Manager with expertise in the Media and Entertainment sector. This individual will work closely with customers to drive engagement, adoption, and account growth, focusing on integrating solutions into the customers' workflows. The role demands a thorough understanding of Digital Media Supply Chain Management and Live Production.
Location:
California, however, exceptional candidates in New York may also be considered. The role will be a hybrid position.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Act as a key liaison with customers, focusing on deeper integration and usage (vertical relationship-building).
Collaborate with customers to embed products organically within their existing workflows.
Sales Support & Revenue Growth:
Shadow the sales process initially but with a primary focus on expanding account penetration and driving revenue growth with existing customers.
Develop strategies for generating measurable KPIs tied to revenue and platform adoption.
Onboarding and Implementation:
Facilitate onboarding onto the test environment and collect customer feedback for refinement.
Coordinate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience during onboarding.
Technical Expert:
Support accounts involving Media Supply Chain, live production or streaming workflows-a key competency for success in the role.
Desired Profile:
A proven track record within a Technical Account Manager position, ideally with a hybrid of Product Manager and Solutions Architect skill sets.
Proven ability to foster long-term customer relationships with a focus on account expansion and retention.
Demonstrated experience working within the Digital Media Supply Chain.
Demonstrated experience in live production and cloud-based streaming technologies is a plus.
Comfortable articulating technical feedback and translating customer needs into actionable insights.
