We have an immediate opening for a Business Central ERP Administrator. This hybrid position reports to the ERP & Systems Manager and is responsible for supporting and maintaining the ERP system (MS Dynamics Business Central), integrating software applications and databases, managing projects and services, and facilitating communication to meet district technology needs related to enterprise systems development and implementation. Additionally, the role includes providing training to users on the ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with ERP system users and management to configure and set up MS Dynamics Business Central.
Assist in testing new ERP system releases before deploying them to the production environment.
Gain a deep understanding of business practices and procedures to design, develop, and maintain automated workflows.
Develop and implement creative technological solutions to streamline the data recording process in manufacturing while maintaining data integrity and operational efficiency.
Ensure data accuracy, efficient operations, and employee satisfaction through effective communication with management.
Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by users.
Provide training to ERP users.
Utilize Jet Reports to create and maintain reports that support various departmental processes.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred, or one to two years of relevant experience and/or training, or a combination of education and experience.
Required computer skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel; at least 3 years of experience with MS Dynamics Business Central.
Project management experience is preferred.
Self-motivated and able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
