Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tricentis Tosca Architect to lead automation testing efforts across various projects and ensure the highest levels of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will design and implement automation frameworks, provide technical expertise, and guide the team in leveraging the full potential of the Tricentis Tosca toolset. Candidates with additional experience in PEGA will have a competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Automation Strategy and Implementation:
Design, develop, and implement Tosca-based test automation frameworks.
Define and document automation strategies, best practices, and standards.
Leadership and Collaboration:
Serve as a technical leader and mentor to QA and development teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver automation solutions.
Test Automation Execution:
Automate test scenarios for functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
Ensure efficient execution of automation scripts and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Tosca Suite Management:
Manage and maintain the Tosca environment, including upgrades and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
Optimize Tosca workflows and utilize advanced Tosca features such as TDM (Test Data Management) and API testing.
Reporting and Optimization:
Generate and analyze test automation reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Continuously improve test automation processes to align with organizational goals.
Integration with PEGA (Preferred):
Implement and integrate Tosca test automation for PEGA-based applications.
Leverage experience with PEGA systems to ensure seamless automation of workflows.
Required Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Proven expertise in Tricentis Tosca, including automation framework design and advanced features.
Strong understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or Azure DevOps.
Proficiency in API testing, database testing, and test data management.
Certifications:
Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist Level 1 and Level 2 (Required).
Tricentis Tosca Test Design Specialist or equivalent (Preferred).
ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer (Required).
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in test automation, with at least 3 years using Tricentis Tosca.
Hands-on experience with integration of Tosca in Agile and DevOps environments.
Familiarity with PEGA-based applications (Preferred).
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
Certifications Required:
AS1&AS2, TDS1&TDS2, AE1
Optional certificates: API specialist and Databases specialist.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with PEGA
Experience with other automation tools like Selenium, UFT, or Appium.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or VBScript.
