Job Title: NodeJS API Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced implementation engineer with comprehensive expertise implementing client-side Consent Management Platforms (CMP) to provide exceptional technical support throughout the on-boarding phase of our solutions.
You will be a key player empowering us to make consent-driven SaaS applications and internal system integrations.
Implement our new consent solutions to support the organization's privacy compliance strategy, ensuring adherence to GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data protection regulations.
Creating API backend endpoints to store the consent information generated by the consent manager
Develop API custom webhook trigger to push consent changes into the Consent Preference Stores.
Responsible for Configuring Custom Purposes for Preference Management
Follow API server best practices and standards
Work closely with the engineering teams to understand existing datasets that need to via API endpoints
Required Qualifications
7+ years of software engineering experience specializing in backend services Experience with NodeJS, Javascript.
Design and develop RESTful APIs for internal data consumers using performant API frameworks using NodeJS.
Experience running software and services in the cloud
Proficiency with maintaining fault tolerant systems in production
Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure
Experience with Consent APIs data and with Cookie Compliance implementations.
Working knowledge of website development and coding concepts
Experience in tagging tech Google Tag Manager, etc.
Preferred hands-on experience with technology risk & compliance platforms. (OneTrust, etc) - Understanding of global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Preferred knowledge consent tagging in Shopify, WordPress solutions
Must have experience in fixing complex tracking issues, and complex development issues
