Seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with a strong background in enterprise applications and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) integration. This individual will play a key role in managing and executing complex, high-impact projects that align with our organization's IT strategy, focusing on the integration and optimization of systems during mergers, acquisitions, and business transformations.
Project Information:
Client is looking to segregate a certain business unit to operate out of it's own company code in SAP. The information that makes up that company code will be derived using a number of different SAP data types (Division, Sales Org, Sales Office, Plant, etc). This Company Code will need to operate post move, so all integrations will need to be set up.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage enterprise IT projects, with a particular emphasis on enterprise application deployments, integrations, and post-acquisition IT system consolidation.
Drive the integration of IT systems, applications, and technologies. Develop detailed project plans for IT system migrations, consolidations, and/or standardizations. Work closely with internal stakeholders and acquired companies to ensure seamless technology transitions and minimize business disruptions.
Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure alignment between business goals and IT strategy. Foster communication between all project stakeholders.
Support the implementation, upgrade, and optimization of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.). Ensure enterprise applications are effectively integrated and aligned with business processes and requirements
Skills and Experience:
7+ years of experience managing large-scale IT projects, with a focus on enterprise applications and Mergers & Aquisition's (M&A)
Proven experience leading IT systems integration in the context of Mergers & Acquisitions.
Experience working with enterprise applications such as ERP and CRM
Understanding of enterprise IT architecture, application development, cloud technologies, and infrastructure.
Experience with enterprise software platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce etc.).
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of how IT systems drive business value.
