Project manager with min 8+ years of experience in Project Management
Proficient in project management activities
Knowledge of managing Microsoft D365 CRM engagements would be added advantage
Should be able to manage risks and issues effectively
Responsible for Customer communication and managing internal/external stakeholders
Should work proactively to manage the SLA defined as per contract
Work proactively to manage Customer expectations
Should be able to work with the teams to estimate and plan the deliverables
Work with Onsite/Offshore teams to ensure streamlined delivery meeting the Customer deliverables as per plan
PMP Certification would be as added advantage
Should be able to execute project in Agile methodology as described by Customer using DevOps toolset
Work towards continues process improvement
Ensure Root cause analysis is completed for defects reported and corrective actions are implemented
