Our client has an immediate need for a Senior Project Manager, who is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience
Experience/exposure to hybrid project methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)
Experience with Microsoft Teams (all project documentation- plans, charters, etc.)
Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Experience with Microsoft Project (Project Online) is a plus
PMP Certification is a plus
Responsibilities:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the defined scope and quality standards
Facilities PM- still will be doing some minor construction (walls are already up) but may need to be involved with qualification and commissioning of computer systems as well as rooms
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Monitor and control project performance to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Allocate resources and manage project teams effectively to ensure successful project execution
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders on a regular basis
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Ensure effective collaboration across all departments and with external partners or vendors
Conduct regular project reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Manage project documentation and maintain accurate project records
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, processes, and policies
