Pay rate: $85/hr W2
Sr. Business Analyst (must have strong Salesforce and nCino experience)
Must have 2+ years nCino and Salesforce experience detailed in resume.
Key Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, focusing on our Middle Market Banking and Corporate investment banking processes within the nCino and Salesforce platforms.
-Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend nCino/Salesforce-based solutions.
-Configure and optimize nCino/Salesforce applications to align with business needs, ensuring a seamless user experience.
-Act as a liaison between business units, development teams, and third-party vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
-Conduct data analysis and reporting to support business decisions and monitor platform performance.
-Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
-Support system testing, including test case creation, execution, and defect resolution.
-Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption of nCino/Salesforce solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services or fintech space.
• Strong expertise with nCino and Salesforce, including configuration and customization. • Understanding of banking processes, including commercial and retail lending, account opening, and workflow automation. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence. • Salesforce Administrator or nCino certifications (preferred but not required).
