Job Description:

• Conduct needs analysis with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system designs.
• Design and implement a scalable Salesforce architecture that supports current processes and anticipates future growth.
• Configure all aspects of Salesforce, including objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
• Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to enhance platform functionality.
• Ensure data integrity through mapping strategies, data cleansing, and validation checks.
• Document all configurations, customizations, and integrations within Salesforce.

• Manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets, and roles with a focus on data security.
• Implement a robust security model to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct regular audits of user access and permissions to mitigate security risks.

• Develop and deliver training materials and programs for users of varying Salesforce proficiency levels.
• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents promptly.
• Maintain a knowledge base of common Salesforce issues and solutions for user self-service.

• Monitor system performance and identify improvement opportunities using diagnostic tools.
• Implement Salesforce best practices to ensure optimal performance, data integrity, and user experience.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and evaluate their potential benefits for business processes.
• Plan and execute upgrades and updates to Salesforce with minimal disruption to operations.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Salesforce administrators.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Delegate tasks effectively and empower team members to take ownership of their responsibilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or at least 10 years of relevant experience.

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex business environment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, security protocols, and governance frameworks.

• Required: Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201).
• Preferred: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Developer, CPQ, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant.

• Experience in designing, implementing, and managing Salesforce solutions from conception to maintenance.
• Proficient in Salesforce Flow, Workbench, Developer Console, debugging tools, and deployment tools.
• Deep understanding of relational databases and data integration tools.
• Proficient in programming languages such as SoQL, SQL, JavaScript, Java, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Skilled in data migration tools and techniques, including data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies and tools is preferred.
