We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a background in technical project management for a Tempe based construction industry client of ours in the Tempe area. This is a 6 month Contract to Hire, onsite in their office in Tempe.
The main goal of this position is to improve and enhance outdated business processes. The individual must be able to comprehend complex business processes, identify technical solutions to replace or enhance the workflow with, then project manage the technology implementation effort from start to finish. This effort includes creating a documentation repository, process map creation, and scheduling the development or implementation effort.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Understand complex business processes. Properly document workflow and formalize process maps for detailed understanding of existing business processes. • Work with various technologies, vendors, or internal development teams to validate that an enhanced process can be achieved meeting the new requirements. • Compile pros & cons for a formal recommendation to stakeholders including cost-benefit analysis and ROI. • Act as Project Manager for the implementation, creating project schedules and timelines, coordinating tasks within sprints, regularly communicating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver new and innovative solutions on time and on schedule.
