Position Overview: We are seeking an Investment Analyst with a strong focus on fixed income to join our Investment Product and Fund Strategies team. This team works closely with fixed income investment teams, relationship teams, and business colleagues across the firm to support clients' investment needs, contributing to growth and retention through strategic analysis and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-depth analyses on portfolio positioning, risk and performance attribution, market trends, competitive positioning, and pricing.
Support client growth and retention by assessing business opportunities, leading business planning, and developing new products and investment solutions.
Drive communication strategy for the fixed income portfolio, creating materials that highlight competitive advantages.
Additional responsibilities may include creating and maintaining marketing and client materials, reviewing RFPs, responding to client inquiries, automating workflows, and collaborating on new client solutions and investment approaches.
Conduct regular risk assessments and performance attribution reviews for fixed income products and participate in formal investment review group processes.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of relevant experience in investment analysis; progress towards the CFA designation is preferred.
Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials.
Demonstrated knowledge and interest in fixed income markets.
Proficiency in MS Excel and strong technical skills.
