Description of Services:
Client requires the services of 1 Enterprise Architect 3, who meets the general qualifications of Enterprise Architect 3 in Applications/Software Development. The role involves translating business requirements into technical systems, applications, or process designs, as well as constructing specific solutions, scope documents, risk profiles, and financials for large, complex technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
Analyze customer service requirements and design service solutions to meet objectives.
Provide expertise in constructing detailed solutions covering process, technology, and staffing.
Develop risk assessments and remediation plans for complex services proposals.
Construct financial models aligning with services proposals.
Prepare Statements of Work (SOW) or other documents detailing processes, technology, staffing, and project management involved in proposed services.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical services to both internal and external stakeholders.
Lead and provide technical oversight in the design, deployment, and operations of the IAM/Okta solution.
Key Responsibilities for IAM/Okta Role:
Perform advanced computer systems analysis and coordinate planning, budgeting, and analysis of user requirements.
Design and configure Okta solutions, integrate applications, and troubleshoot.
Implement user onboarding and offboarding processes between directories and cloud applications.
Automate Okta deployments and improve solution delivery.
Create architecture diagrams and documentation of integrations.
Ensure adherence to best practices in IAM design and deployment.
Candidate Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
12+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools and leadership in technical and project teams.
12+ years of experience with IBM Security Identity Manager (ITIM/ISIM), IBM Security Access Manager (TAM/ISAM), or similar IAM software.
Strong analytical and organizational skills for identifying, tracking, and resolving issues.
Experience in 24x7 on-call rotation.
In-depth knowledge of IAM, LDAP, and related best practices.
Experience in authentication, authorization, and securing access for users and applications.
12+ years in designing, configuring, and implementing Okta solutions, including bulk load and integration.
Experience with authentication methods such as SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
Hands-on experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS) and IAM technologies like Okta, SailPoint.
10+ years of experience with Okta integrations and multi-tenant environments.
Experience with implementing CI/CD, Jenkins, and containerized application deployments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Experience with RSA IAM, Oracle IdM, Java, JavaScript, WebSphere, LDAP repositories (AD, eDirectory, IBM TDS).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum).
Experience in integrating Okta with modern web applications (Angular, ReactJS).
Experience with security certifications and technologies such as Java, Python, SQL, Linux.
Experience in WebSphere/JBoss, IBM Datapower, and similar J2EE application servers.
Terms of Service:
Service start date: 01/20/2025
Service end date: 08/31/2025
Total estimated hours: 1500 hours
The service may be renewed or extended by mutual agreement.
Work Hours and Location:
Normal business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding state holidays).
Primary work location: Remote (must be a local candidate).
Travel and expenses are the responsibility of the candidate.
The candidate may be required to work outside of normal hours on weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
