Ultimate Staffing is seeking a dedicated Home Health Agency Scheduling Coordinator for their client's growing home health care provider in Towson, MD. This is a pivotal office-based role, requiring 37.5 hours per week, focused on efficiently scheduling caregiver shifts and ensuring seamless operations within the home health agency.
Responsibilities
Scheduling & Shift Coordination
Assign caregivers to client shifts, ensuring alignment of skills, availability, and client needs.
Monitor schedules to ensure accurate shift coverage and timely updates.
Handle caregiver call-offs, shift changes, and emergency coverage as needed.
Proactively track caregiver hours to avoid overtime and notify management of issues.
Caregiver Communication & Engagement
Act as the first point of contact for caregiver scheduling inquiries and shift changes.
Maintain open communication with caregivers, providing timely updates and assignments.
Track attendance, tardiness, and no-shows, and document any issues in the system.
Support engagement efforts by ensuring caregivers feel valued and appreciated.
Administrative Support
Maintain accurate caregiver and client schedules in the agency's CRM system.
Track and update caregiver credentials, certifications, and availability.
Document any changes, issues, or updates related to scheduling or staffing.
Assist with other office and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
RN highly preferred.
Experience with scheduling, staffing coordination, and operational support in a home health or healthcare setting is desirable.

Monday to Friday, 1st shift
