The Manager of Client Services will be responsible for leading a Client Service team to provide a white glove service model to financial advisors and clients.
Responsibilities include:
Develop and manage a Client Service Team
Implement scalable and efficient workflows with compliant industry standard policies and procedures
Onboard newly acquired partners
Manage custodian relationship and account opening/maintenance transactions/NIGO's
First point of contact for Client interaction and problem resolution
Manage data and integrity of CRM database
Qualifications:
Four year college degree (Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Economics)
5-10 years of leadership experience in the RIA space of financial services
3+ years of managerial experience
Series 65 license (required or achieved <1yr)
Experience with Salesforce, eMoney, Wealthscape, Orion
