  • Maintaining proper documentation and handling audits.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Preparing HR reports and analyzing data for insights.
  • Promoting workplace safety initiatives.
  • Managing health and wellness programs.
  • Partnering with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Contributing to workforce planning and organizational change management.
