Job Summary:
We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our ongoing projects, particularly in managing invoices, change notices, and coordinating communication across multiple teams, for utility distribution projects. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt quickly to new systems and technologies, ensuring that all project tasks are aligned and executed efficiently.
Job Duties:
Update and maintain invoices and change notices for various projects.
Collaborate regularly with team members and personnel to ensure alignment and success of ongoing projects, especially Electric projects.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
Communicate effectively across departments to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent - Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
2 years' data entry experience (in utilities, construction, telecommunications, or engineering industries preferred)
Proficient in Google Maps
Strong Excel skills
