Key Responsibilities
Assist the Human Resources team with talent acquisition including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and compliance
Work directly in the HRIS system to pull and analyze reports
Assist with benefits administration, leave programs, answering questions related to benefits and open enrollment
Affirmative Action and DEI data analysis, reporting, and supporting activities
Employee relations, disputes, terminations and investigations
Assist with compensation surveys and requests
Respond to HR inquiries and assist with communication of employee requests
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Work collaboratively with the HR team to achieve results related to company initiatives
Qualifications
Experience with HRIS systems
Data analytics, customized reporting, strong excel skills
Experience working with different HR Functions including employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting and talent acquisition, training and development, compensation, onboarding and orientation
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with a high degree of accuracy
The ideal candidate should be proficient in office software and possess excellent communication skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or related field
3+ years of experience support HR related functions
