Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project(s) to ensure that all goals or objectives are accomplished within prescribed time and budget.
Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
Establishes work plan, duties, scope of authority and staffing for each phase of project
Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.
Reviews and prepares status reports and modifies schedules or plans as required.
Timely resolution of any issues or delay regarding project as they come up.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of staff assigned to project.
Maintain highest level of professionalism with staff and external vendors.
Qualifications:
7+ years of relevant MEP consulting design industry experience.
P.E. License desirable.
Overall Project Management expertise in key areas of responsibility such as project planning, scheduling, financial reporting, QA/QC.
Excellent Interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers

Proficiency with Revit / Autocad Design software; Trace, Deltek Accounting software; Access Database software; Excellent Microsoft Office skills
