Responsibilities
Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.)
Determine company's strategic growth as part of the executive team
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects
Qualifications
5+ years in lead Machinist/Setup Engineering roles.
Expert level proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and model-based definitions.
Bachelor's degree in business management preferred or related discipline 5 -10 years of relevant experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to lead a team in diverse backgrounds.
Experience in product management and CNC operations.
