The Service Sales Project Manager is an integral member of the service team, responsible for identifying and converting market opportunities into long-term customer relationships. This role involves full-cycle management of sales quotes, creating estimates for inspections and services, and maintaining strong client relationships. By contributing your sales and service expertise, you will play a vital role in enhancing safety and protecting lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed estimates for inspections, services, and deficiency repairs.
Generate and deliver customer price quotations, including terms of service and delivery schedules.
Convert qualified inbound leads into sales opportunities.
Enter and manage customer data, sales information, and updates in the company database.
Draft proposals and supporting materials for owner training sessions.
Conduct outbound follow-up with potential and existing clients via calls or emails.
Compile and maintain a database of prospective customers for targeted outreach.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience with fire sprinkler systems (preferred).
Knowledge of NFPA 25 and NFPA 13 is required.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently, with a solid understanding of the fire protection industry.
Proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to learn new software tools.
